   Maybe they wanted to use shortcuts, but I don’t know anyone who spells her name that way. I’ve had my share of wrong spelling as well :))

   ugh! i once received my latte, with an extra letter to my name. can you just imagine the horror when i saw “VHAL”! >:( whaaat?! simple 3-letter name you cannot spell! hahaha

   OMG vHal To be fair, I got a cup from CBTL earlier. My name spelled “PHEOIBE”
