Late morning, Saigon!
It’s almost 10am when the boys and I went out for breakfast. I was sort of fantasizing earlier this morning for some snazzy bruschettas from Le PUB but for some reason, my fantasy became…

KFC!
(ngeeeee)
After breakfast, we went around for some street shooting…

Street vendor A

Why are their askals all this chubby?

Moto, moto, and more motos!
and managed to end up at Zen Plaza. The guys had sushi and sashimi while I scoured over the cosmetics section of the (very small) department store.

post-breakfast part 1 @ The Sushi Bar

On our way back, Juned and I promised Jayvee that we’ll stop by Dream Cones aka. HEAVEN
Shortly after 3 scoops of gelato, we picked up Sasha at Milwaukee Grill & Cafe and went to the War Remnants Museum. The War Remnants Museum is located at 28 Vo Van Tan, District 3, HCM City. They are open everyday from 7:30-12:00 and 13:30-17:00. There’s also an admission fee of 15,000d. Our suggestion: go there in the morning. It can be super hot to go around and shoot!
More snaps from the museum:

After the museum, we went to Dong Khoi for some merienda and camera shopping. The camera bodies and accessories here are muy expensivo! About 10-15% more than our mall price!
Some more sightings:

Notre Dame

Street Vendor B

Monk In The City

Because LIFE CAN’T WAIT heeeheee
After ice cream at Fanny, we went to the Saigon Center (5 minute walk) and bought some junk food for tomorrow’s bus ride to Siem Reap. Too many bags in tow translates to “go home and rest.”
Fast forward to dinner time:

We hung out in the Ben Thanh Market* for a while…

…and capped the day with another bowl in Dream Cones.
Good night, Saigon!
